The NEW Artwork - one of the greatest guitarists of our time
Unfortunately, I will be discontinuing the online presence and sales via the "Singulart" gallery on July 9th, 2024 - this is for the following reasons: Singulart has decided, in addition to an existing 50% commission on the net sales price, to also offer a subscription from July 9th, 2024 to introduce the system. The monthly prices no longer bear any relation to the cost/benefit effort of an artist and are therefore not affordable. For example, an annual subscription with all functions activated costs over 1,800 euros per year. Even the packaging costs are borne by the artist himself. I have therefore decided to organize my works for international shipping by myself and also via Artmejeur, Artboxy and Joseart. Orders via Singulart can therefore only be placed until July 1st, 2024 to ensure shipping.
The Hamburg law firm “Gutsch und Schlegel” (for Global Merchandising Services Ltd.) withdrew its application for an interim injunction against crown cap art from August 2023 at the Hamburg Higher Regional Court one day before the appeal hearing on April 15, 2024. The hearing scheduled for April 16, 2024 was canceled by the responsible judge and the appeal was therefore successful for Kronkorkenkunst.
Lemmy would be proud !!!
The wonderful crown cap artwork from 2015 is now for sale again sale again. The picture was the subject of the rejected cease-and-desist declaration by Tod Singerman, the manager of the band Motorhead (Kilmister Trust), to the Hamburg Regional Court and subsequently to the Hamburg Higher Regional Court against crown cap art.
